New for 2023 from CCM is the updated Tacks protective line. The Tacks Vector shin guards are a Source for Sports exclusive that are perfect for players looking to get on the ice to play some hockey. This version includes an anatomical PE shin cap, a JDP kneecap design, and a tough nylon lock strap.

Shin Protection

The shin cap has been engineered with tough PE plastic and an Anatomical Shield Design for max coverage and comfort.

Knee Cap & Protection

The knee area uses a molded JDP kneecap design with an anatomical molded PE kneecap design to keep your knees protected and secure while you play. The JDP design specifically disperses impact force away from the knee.

Calf Protection

The Vector shin guards use a PE foam calf guard to protect the back of your leg. The PE foam and laminated fabrics work to cushion impact, and the additional PE inserts help reinforce that coverage.

Liner

The liner is made of PE foam and is fully removable.

Strapping

The Vector shin guards use a tough nylon upper lock strap with a wide elastic calf to keep the shin guards in place.

The CCM Tacks Vector Youth Hockey Shin Guards come in 8”, 9”, and 10” sizes.
